David Mansfeld | J&J

David Mansfeld has been working in Johnson & Johnson for 17 years, currently in the role of EMEA Facilities Management Director responsible for Russia, CEE, CIS and MEA regions. In this role David oversees delivery of high quality, standardized and consistent Facility Management (FM) services for more than hundred of J&J sites and offices in these regions.
Prior joining Johnson & Johnson in 2002 as Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson companies in the Czech Republic & Slovakia, David spent eight years in Finance, Auditing and Corporate Services experience gained at Coopers & Lybrand and Kraft Foods. In 2005, he joined the AP2PLE (Accounts Procure To Pay Leadership Execution) project assuming leading responsibilities for the business case and feasibility validation/review, developing the future business services organization, its governance, organizational structure, and legal set up. Since March 2006, he has been acting as the Executive Officer and statutory representative of JNJ Global Business Services s.r.o. with responsibility for managing the start-up activities and subsequent development of this global services center. The Global Business Services in Prague has since grown to over 1,000 employees. As a project sponsor, he was most recently also engaged in the completion of the new One J&J Prague office development project where he partnered closely with business leaders and project stakeholders.
David holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Economics Prague; and a degree in law from Charles University, in Prague.
