Has been involved in the recruitment business since the age of 18. He cofounded three HR agencies. He established the portal cocuma.cz, which helps companies with content that they can with pride propagate beyond the confines of their offices and which people from the outside will trust. He devises conferences and marketing concepts that are born from emotion and passion. He is actively involved in company culture, mentoring and changing the perception of HR. For the abbreviation HR he prefers Human Relations, because the success of firms is increasingly dependent on relationships and communities.
